Designer, system untangler, and fan of turning confusion into clarity. I thrive in complex environments, mapping real workflows, talking to users, and designing experiences that remove friction instead of adding it. I build with speed and care, partnering closely with product and engineering to ship, measure, and continuously improve.

Recently, I’ve been designing AI-assisted support experiences, including medical-record-aware chat tools that help humans respond faster and more accurately. I’ve mentored designers, taught at UT Austin, steward design systems, and love the people side of design as much as the craft. Healthcare has shaped a lot of my work, but I’m excited by any problem where thoughtful design makes life easier for the people who rely on it.
